Orders and payment
An order is placed when you choose a package and submit your requirements. Work begins after payment is confirmed. Payment is made by bank transfer or other methods agreed on WhatsApp.
Your requirements
You agree to provide accurate details, lawful content and timely feedback. Delays in providing information can extend the delivery time.
Revisions
Each package includes the number of revisions listed on the package. A revision is a change to the delivered design; a new concept or a change of scope may be charged separately.
Delivery and ownership
Final files are delivered on your order page. Usage rights to the final design transfer to you once the order is fully paid, subject to any third-party licences.
Portfolio
We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to before the order is completed.
