Quotation and scope
A project begins only after a quotation is accepted and any required bank deposit has been verified. The accepted quotation and referenced policies define the commercial scope.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, lawful content and timely consolidated feedback. Delays in required inputs may change the delivery schedule.
Intellectual property
Usage rights described in the quotation transfer after cleared payment, subject to third-party licensing restrictions and any portfolio confidentiality agreement.
Platform conduct
Users may not attempt to access another user’s projects, disrupt the service or upload unlawful, malicious or rights-infringing content.
