Before work starts
If you cancel before we start working on your order, your payment is refunded in full.
After work starts
Once work has started, refunds are reviewed case by case based on the work already completed. A change of preference alone does not qualify for a refund.
Duplicate payments
Duplicate or incorrect payments are returned once confirmed.
