Before production
A verified deposit may be eligible for review before production begins, less any non-recoverable setup, research or third-party costs identified in the quotation.
After work begins
Eligibility depends on completed milestones, reserved capacity and delivered work. Custom creative work is not automatically refundable because a subjective preference changes.
Duplicate or incorrect deposits
Duplicate transfers and confirmed overpayments are reviewed by an admin and returned through an auditable manual process.
How to request review
Open a support ticket linked to the order. Refunds are never initiated from a public form or unverified email instruction.
